The price is printed on the catalogue entry

A catalogue carries the price beside the work. The two figures sit on this page in full, in the plainest language I can manage. Neither one is released as a reward for getting through a sales process.

The entries

AI Visibility Sprint

A complete, self-contained piece of work with a document at the end of it. Nothing rolls over automatically and there is no obligation to continue.

This is the way in for anyone who does not want to commit monthly to a supplier they have not worked with.

£400FIXED What the Sprint includes

Search and AI visibility retainer

Ongoing work rather than an audit. Month to month, thirty days notice, with a written record each month of what shipped and what it did.

The exact figure depends on the size of the site and how many services it has to cover. It is agreed in writing before anything begins.

The reasoning

Why the retainer starts at £600 a month

A budget below roughly six hundred pounds a month only stretches to producing a report. Reports do not change anything on their own. The floor exists so that a month contains enough hours to actually ship work.

I would rather turn down a small budget than take it and deliver something that cannot succeed.

Questions about price

Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?

No setup fee and no minimum contract. The retainer runs month to month with thirty days notice on either side. A minimum term protects the supplier rather than the client so I would rather keep the work because it is working.

Why is the retainer quoted as a range rather than one number?

The honest answer depends on how large the site is and how many services or locations it has to cover. £600 is the floor. I quote a specific figure in writing before anything starts.

What is not included in the retainer?

Paid advertising management, website design and build, and content in languages other than English. If a job needs any of those I will say so rather than quietly stretch the scope to cover it badly.

Do you charge by the hour for anything?

Only for one-off work that does not fit either offer and only when it is agreed in writing beforehand. The two published prices cover almost everything anyone asks for.

Who invoices me?

ND Media LTD is the company trading as SEO Wakefield under company number 10784524. Invoices are issued in pounds sterling and nothing is charged automatically from a website enquiry.

Ask for a figure in writing

Send the website and a line about what you are trying to achieve. You will get a specific number back rather than a discovery call. If neither offer fits I will say so.
